•  Supervision and Project Management of the renovation/upgrade of the Nicon Hilton Hotel Abuja engineering services such as HVAC + BMS, Kitchen Equipment Upgrade, Installation of new 3 x 1.5MVA Generators + UPS + Transformers (No Break Power System), Installation of new CCTV, Fire Detection System, Fire Evacuation/PA System. (80% completed)

•  Design and Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for Adamawa Plaza, a commercial development by the Adamawa State Government of North East Nigeria in the Central Business District of Abuja. The project was commissioned by the President and commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria – Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2005

•  Design and Supervision of the Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for the Jalingo Ultra Modern International Market for the Taraba State Government of Nigeria in Jalingo North East Nigeria. (construction in progress)

•  Design of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for Delta Place , a commercial development by the Delta State Government of South East Nigeria in the Central Business District of Abuja.

•  Design of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for Sahara Complex, a commercial private development in the high brow Maitama District of Abuja.

•  Design and Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for U.L.O Group, an office development by a private developer in the Central Business District of Abuja.

•  Design and Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations for a private residential development in Maitama District Abuja.

•  Design of Mechanical and Electrical Services for the Jalingo International Airport Taraba State for the Taraba State Government of Nigeria in Jalingo North East Nigeria .

•  Design of Mechanical and Electrical Services for the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) Flow Station Camp in Beniboye Delta State Southern Nigeria . (construction in progress)
